Crosby Excavating is pleased to have been awarded the South Maumee Relief Sewer project scheduled to start May of 2016. The relief sewer will consist of over 5700 feet of 54-inch and over 600 linear feet of 30-inch sewer pipe designed to control and reduce the combined sewage overflow to the Maumee River.
Working with the City of Fort Wayne, Crosby Excavating is continuing to make strides toward the expected completion date of Summer 2017. Crews are pulling together in a show of camaraderie and dedication to the job in order to deliver the extraordinary service that Crosby is known for. In an effort designed to reduce combined sewage overflow into the Maumee River, Crosby Excavating began work in Spring of 2016 installing over 5700 feet of 54-inch sewer pipe. The final stages of the project are underway as crews battle the rain, cresting river, and varying temperatures associated with Indiana weather! Despite the challenges, Crosby is once again proving that their team is unstoppable!
