The Hillcrest Addition project is moving along as crews work to replace water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, as well as resurfacing of roadways, and installation of curbs and sidewalks. We at Crosby Excavating appreciate the cooperation of the residents as we work to continue the neighborhood developments! This project is expected to reach completion in early 2016.
